General Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

As a service-based business, all payments for completed services are final. Once a service has been performed, refunds are not provided. This policy exists because beauty services cannot be "returned" once completed.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns or issues with our services. Please see our satisfaction guarantee below.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

While we don't offer monetary refunds for completed services, we do guarantee your satisfaction through the following measures:

Complimentary Corrections

If you're not satisfied with your service, we'll make corrections or adjustments at no additional charge within 7 days of your original appointment.

Service Credit

In cases where corrections aren't possible or satisfactory, we may offer service credit toward future appointments at our discretion.

Consultation

We'll schedule a consultation to understand your concerns and determine the best solution to meet your expectations.

Quality Assurance

All corrections and adjustments are performed by our most experienced professionals to ensure the best possible outcome.

Exceptions: When Refunds May Apply

In rare circumstances, we may issue partial or full refunds:

Service Not Performed

If we are unable to perform your scheduled service due to circumstances on our end (equipment failure, staff emergency, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.

Incorrect Service Charge

If you were charged for a service you did not receive or were overcharged, the difference will be refunded.

Allergic Reaction or Adverse Event

If you experience a severe allergic reaction or adverse event that prevents service completion (despite proper disclosure and patch testing), a partial refund may be issued based on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Deposits: All deposits for bridal services, special events, and appointments are non-refundable
  • No-show fees: Fees charged for missed appointments without notice
  • Late cancellation fees: Fees for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
  • Gift certificates: Purchased gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred
  • Package deals: Once a package is purchased and services begin, no refunds are provided
  • Retail products: Opened or used retail products cannot be returned

How to Request a Refund or Correction

If you're unsatisfied with your service or believe you're entitled to a refund, please follow these steps:

Reach out to us within 48 hours of your service to discuss your concerns. The sooner we know about an issue, the better we can address it.

Explain your concerns in detail. Photos can be helpful for visual services like makeup, brows, or lashes.

We'll schedule a time for you to come in so we can assess the situation and determine the best solution.

We'll work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, whether that's a correction, adjustment, or other appropriate remedy.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please note the following timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
  • Cash Payments: Cash refunds will be provided immediately or at your next visit.
  • Digital Payments: Refunds via Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our response to your refund request:

  1. Request to speak with the owner/manager directly
  2. Provide all relevant documentation and details of your concern
  3. We'll review your case and provide a final decision within 5 business days
