Policy Overview

At Avigail Beauty Space, we value your time and ours. Our cancellation policy ensures that we can provide the best service to all our clients while maintaining fair scheduling practices.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time we've reserved for your appointment.

24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting.

Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur any fees, and we'll be happy to help you reschedule for a more convenient time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are considered late cancellations and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation Fee:

50% of Service Price

This fee helps compensate for the reserved time and lost opportunity to serve other clients. We understand emergencies happen, and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client misses their appointment without providing any advance notice. No-shows prevent us from serving other clients and result in lost revenue.

No-Show Fee:

100% of Service Price

The full service price will be charged for no-show appointments. This fee must be paid before booking future appointments.

Multiple no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment or credit card on file for future bookings.

Special Circumstances

Emergencies

We understand that true emergencies happen. If you experience a medical emergency, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a fair solution.

Weather & Natural Disasters

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond your control, cancellation fees will be waived. Your safety is our priority.

Illness

If you're feeling unwell, especially with contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. We appreciate you protecting our staff and other clients. Late cancellation fees may be waived for illness with advance notice.

Bridal & Special Event Services

Bridal services and special event bookings have different cancellation terms due to the extensive time and preparation required:

  • Trial sessions: 48-hour cancellation notice required
  • Wedding day services: 7-day cancellation notice required
  • Deposits: Non-refundable deposits are required to secure bridal bookings
  • Bridal party changes: Final headcount must be confirmed 72 hours before the event

Book Thoughtfully

Only book appointments you're confident you can keep. Check your calendar carefully before confirming.

Add your appointment to your calendar with reminders. We also send confirmation texts and emails.

If you think you might need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible, even if it's tentative.

Reschedule Instead

If you can't make your appointment, reschedule with 24+ hours notice instead of canceling completely.
